The Owner (MCF) wished to provide facilities for justice-orientated nonprofit organizations. Prior to acquiring the property, MCF retained mack5 to assist with its Due Diligence. mack5 managed a team of professionals in providing systems evaluations of structural, electrical, mechanical, and data/telecommunications, along with ADA compliance, sustainability considerations and site development. In addition to providing cost estimates for upgrades and for real estate negotiations, mack5 provided Project/Construction Management services for the entire built-out project including Design, Planning and Management, FF&E, Security Systems, Wayfinding/Signage, Data/Telecommunications, Audio-Visual and more. Once the projects were complete, mack5 provided Facilities Management services to MCF for several years.
