San Lorenzo Community Park Phase 2

Owner: Hayward Area Recreation and Park District Architect: RRM Design Group Construction Value: $10,500,000 Project Size: 14 Acres Second phased renovation of the existing park that includes two soccer fields, concession building, parking lot renovation, dog park, a children’s play area, exercise stations, picnic areas, fencing, signage, planting and irrigation. The project is being funded by Measure F1 Bond funds.
