Owner: Alameda County Fire Department Bridging Architect: RDC/DLR Group Construction Value: $42,600,000 (#7 and #25) Project Size: 7,800 SF / 14,500 SF /7,700SF Three new fire stations in Castro Valley and San Lorenzo, CA for Alameda County Fire Department. Fire Station 7 is a new Design-Build, 7,800 SF, single-story building, being built on a vacant parcel adjacent to the current Fire Station 7. The project includes a 1,900 SF apparatus storage building. Fire Station 25 will be a 14,500 SF, two-story building, built on the same parcel as the existing Fire Station 25.  The scope includes demolition and replacement of the existing Fire Station 25 and renovations of a temporary facility for the Station crew and operations at a separate site to be leased by ACFD from a third party property owner. Fire Station 22 will be a  7,700 SF single-story fire station in San Lorenzo, CA that includes a 2,000 SF pre-engineered apparatus storage building.
