Phase 1 of the new Fremont Civic Center consists of a downtown event center and 1-acre plaza, offering a destination for the community to gather socially and for business.
The Center has meeting rooms of varying scales and amenities, along with a spacious lobby that will become the downtown's primary destination for traditional community center functions. The outdoor plaza facilitates the programmatic needs of Fremont's culturally diverse and innovative community. This space features a garden breakout area under a tree canopy, and can host outdoor activities including concerts, food truck events, and maker fairs in addition to sports and games.
