The Neighborhood Parks Council (now known as San Francisco Parks Alliance), served as the non-profit fiscal sponsor for the duration of the project. mack5 was hired as a strategic partner to assist the Portland-based design team with planning, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, constructability review, coordination of construction document review and approval by SFRPD. mack5 also facilitated the public bid process and provided construction management services.
