The City of Dublin Maintenance Facility and Alameda County Fire Department Headquarters. It includes the renovation and new construction of offices and corporation yard, covering two sites. The multi-phase Public Safety Complex is a joint-use facility that houses the Alameda County Fire Administration and Dublin Maintenance Services. Phase 1 of the project includes demolition work and interim improvements to provide temporary facilities for the City's Maintenance Division while the permanent facility was being constructed. Alameda County Fire has the western portion of the site for use as an apparatus maintenance facility, while the eastern portion of the site houses a new corporation yard building for the City of Dublin's maintenance needs.
