Historic library building renovation including seismic upgrades, new building systems, exterior glazing, all new interior and site development. There will be a collection of contemporary library spaces, including various meeting room sizes, a significant assembly space and a combination of open and private offices for Staff. It is also the desire of the City for this building to function as a Resiliency Center for the public during heat and air pollution events.
