The San Lorenzo Community Center is part of the phased construction at the 31-acre San Lorenzo Community Park. The renovation of and addition to the 8,000 SF single-story community center is Phase 3 of the overall project and includes reconfiguration of existing space, upgraded HVAC system, new fire sprinkler system, and new lighting/interior finishes, as well as associated sitework, new parking lot with solar canopies, and outdoor electrical for event support.
