Owner: Hayward Area Recreation and Park District Architect: Carducci Associates Construction Value: $2,450,000 Project Size: 0.96 acres Project includes four new youth futsal courts (convertible to two futsal courts for adult play), portable goals and divider system, ticket booth, bleachers, restroom building, security fencing, netting and entry gates, lighting, bike racks, gathering area, picnic tables, drinking fountain with bottle filler, accessible parking and utility improvements.  The new courts meet the community’s need for more sport fields.
