The project includes the replacement of the exterior cladding at Silver Laboratory at UC Berkeley. The existing facility suffered from years of water infiltration and the proposed remediation requires the entire EIFS cladding, the windows and curtain walls and flashing to be removed and replaced. Additionally, the existing trellises, guardrails and other exterior architectural features are refinished to make the exterior appear new.
