The Behavioral Health Care Services (BHCS) Jay Mahler Recovery Center is a new facility to provide residential services for up to 16 clients in need of mental health services. It is located on the Fairmont Hospital campus, immediately behind the Fairmont Hospital Administration building. The site features the proposed structure, a small client patio/garden area, an emergency generator, a truck unloading area and parking.
