New service yard and building at the new Dumbarton Quarry Campground by the Bay (DQCB). The campground will be nearly complete prior to the construction of the service yard project. The campground general contractor Pacific States Environmental Contractors (PSEC) will provide the service yard pad and utility services to the service yard pad. The Project includes construction of a prefabricated metal service yard building, with vehicle storage garage and office spaces, and a prefabricated metal vehicle wash station. The Project also includes developing the new service yard area. Site improvements include retaining wall at trash dumpster loading area, trash dumpster retractable lids, exterior yard lighting, vehicle wash station, fine grading, paving, site utilities within the service yard area, and perimeter gates and fencing.
