mack5 provided change order analysis services for Forest Hill Manor, a continuing care retirement community, for an expansion project that added 32 new independent living units, 18 assisted living units and 26 skilled nursing beds to its existing independent living units. The expansion consisted of a new 4-story South Wing building and two residential cottage buildings. Because of site constraints, the skilled nursing beds, (OSHPD 1 facilities) were incorporated into the same building as the assisted and independent living units, thereby requiring the entire building to be OSHPD 1 compliant.
