mack5 served as Project, Construction and Cost Managers on two distinct phases of work on this facility. Phase I was known as The Marin Youth Center, and because of our trusted relationship with the building owner, mack5 was engaged for phase II of the facility, Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, was a repurpose the building to a young business incubator. mack5 was responsible for setting the budget and schedule, design team selection, construction management and coordination of FF&E installation.
